Your email address and a passphrase we store only as a scrambled hash. We never ask for your name or school.

Everything you do with a question: what you choose, type, write or draw, how long you take on each part, and the marks it gets.

If you choose to give them, your SAC results and SAC rank, used only for your study score estimate.

To protect accounts, a record of each sign-in: the time, the kind of device (for example, Chrome on Windows), and a scrambled tag of the network, never your internet address. We keep it for 30 days and use it only to spot an account being shared.

To mark your work and show you how you went. And to learn about the questions themselves: how long each one takes, which answers people pick, which parts are hard. Those figures are only ever shown added up across many students, never as yours.

Short answers are marked by an AI model from Anthropic, a company in the United States, so your answers are sent there to be marked. Nothing that says who you are goes with them: no email, no name, no account. The marks are a trial, they can be wrong, and you can dispute any of them.

Your work is not used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.

Everything is stored in Australia. Only our team can see your account. To have your account deleted, email encor.education@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. Your email, your passphrase and everything you wrote, typed or drew are deleted. Your marks and the time you took on each question stay, with nothing that says they were yours, as part of the question figures.

Your invitation and your account are yours alone. Signing in somewhere new signs you out everywhere else, and an account used to share access may be closed.

Every question, solution, marking guide and diagram on this site is our own work and remains our intellectual property. Do not copy, reproduce, share or publish any of it, in any form, without our written permission.

Your account is free, and we may suspend or delete it at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This service may change or end at any time.
